The Indiana State Trappers Association, with the help of NAFA, has developed a scholarship that will be awarded every year.
1.Who is eligible:
       A. Any ISTA member.
       B. Any child (or stepchild) of an ISTA member.
       C. Any grandchild (or step-grandchild) of an ISTA     member.
       D. Any great-grandchild (or step-great-grandchild) of    an ISTA member.
       E. Any child under guardianship of an ISTA member.

2. Scholarship Rules Application:
      A. Deadline for applications: April 1st.
      B. Attachments needed with application:
          1. Personal insight essay introducing yourself, your     expectations, your personal goals.
          2.Written recommendation from a faculty member.
          3.Copy of letter of acceptance from college,                 university, or school of training.
     C. There will be 2 scholarships awarded in the amount of $250.00 each. Scholarship checks will be made out to            student and the school of higher learning.
     D. All recommendations from the committee members    will be final.
     E. Rules for ISTA Scholarship & Application will be        available on the ISTA website.

3. Awarding of Scholarship:
     A. The Scholarship will be voted on by the scholarship    committee between April  2nd and May 1st.
     B. Scholarship committee members will cast votes to        elect winning applications.
     C. In case of a tie, any ISTA member may be called          upon, by the committee, to act as a tie breaker.
     D. Scholarships will be awarded to the students at their    school awards night if possible.
     E. Scholarships will be awarded by a Scholarship              Committee Member.
